Woohooo, get your Lindens ready people cause there are some seriously awesome events opening up soon!

This post i'm going to show you a few things from The Gathering.

This is an all gacha event with all my favourite stores participating so it was right up my street \o/
It opens at midnight tonight.

The bodysuit is from Aphorism and i absolutely loove it!

There are 7 common bodysuits, 2 rares, 2 rare head dresses and 2 rare cage skirts

Next thing i'm wearing is Tia's Gypsy Moon set.

I adore Tia's accessories so i was super excited to go and grab this and it doesn't disappoint.

As always with Tia's gacha, all parts come with a color change hud so you can change the metal and then all the various gems.

Gentle Violence

I am totally rocking my Slink body at the moment!

I've had it since the day it came out and it's been driving me nuts that none of my usual skin makers had made appliers yet.....so i switched!

I had been thinking of switching skins for a while, considering the 2 owners of the skins i normally use never seem to log into sl, the last straw for me was that they STILL haven't got Physique appliers out.  Sorry but you snooze you loose and all that.

Anyway, i couldn't be more happier that i did switch, i am absolutely in love with Glam Affair Skins now.  I had always found the ass dimples a bit weird but they're kind of growing on me ha.  But without a doubt, the thing i'm happiest about is how on the ball they are with releases.  I'm not a patient person damnit hehe.

Also Severed Garden just released more shoes!  I got home tonight and saw the flickr pic and just had to rush to the store to buy them.  Thought they would go soooooo well with the set from The Annex for the 30L gacha Era of vikings.  While this event is now over, you may be able to pick up the set at the mainstore.

and last but definitely not least.....aisling  \o/

So i know we all rushed to buy this hand jewelry, but it's not an easy piece to match to outfits.  You can so easily make an outfit over-done.  I think it's perfect with this though....even if i do say so myself!

Firstly, let me start by saying....i have only just realized that in this pic i have a different skin on my ass and feet than on my actual body, but it's not that noticeable thankfully ha, so i'm not gonna take another  :P  Forgive me if you can notice it!

So, this little beauty of a bodysuit is the offering from Black Pearls at the 30L Era of Vikings event.  This event is only open till the 6th so if you haven't been already, you better hurry.  It's a fully gacha event this time, and obviously all gacha are just 30L.....yes 30L!

I will probably show you more from this event if i have the time before it closes cause there are some absolutely fantastic things....especially considering they are all so inexpensive!

Now, i'm a bit of a bitch when it comes to gacha, i hate badly thought out ones, ones where you end up with a pile of shite in your inventory just to get a few good things.  Or a massive pet hate, ones with a gazillion things in the gacha, so your chances of rares are massively reduced.

Most designers at this event please me a lot on this score, but Black Pearls especially!

Not only is it a fabulous looking outfit, but you don't need the rares to complete it.  There is a common version of every rare.  For instance, the collar in this pic is the common, but there is a rare collar too with added extra bits.

Now that's what i call a well thought out gacha!

Ok, so i've been a little bit absent on here the past week or so.  I started playing Fallout 3 again and modding the absolute shit out of it ha.  Anway, think i've got that out of my system now, and just in time for all the awesome events opening.

Now....i am a little late to blog this Pixicat dress.  I did actually rush out to get it the day Rhapsody opened but then rushed back to Fallout...my bad!  I can't tell you how much i love this dress, it's just so god damn sexy!  And you really can make it fit any theme you want.

I've also been at OhMyGacha for most of the day.  There's some fantastic stuff there!  In this post i'm featuring some of Tabou Irresistible.  They have 2 sets out there and this is a bit of a mix of both

Free Mesh Body? Hell yes please!

Hi All!

Ok so quick post today to show you this free....yes free....fitted mesh body from The Shops.

Ok so a little background from what i know (which isn't much and i could be wrong on any of it)...but a while ago The Mesh Project was started, and The Shops is part of this Mesh Project along with other designers like The Skinnery, Essences and many more.  Now i think the idea behind it was that, instead of a load of designers all making their own mesh bodyparts, they would join forces to make one mesh av in collaboration.

Now, the plus's of this for us as buyers are that, we wouldn't have to keep shelling out our precious L's on all the various new bodyparts that pop up constantly, as well as their appliers.

This can only be a good thing right?

Unfortunately, the other mesh body part creators won't think this is so great, so the race has been on as far as they are concerned to bring out their own mesh body first.  Wowmeh seemed have won the race on that score, but i personally thought it was no where near release stage and there was more wrong with it than right.

Now last time i checked The Shops, they had free mesh feet and hands which a lot of you will have already grabbed.  But now they have a fitted mesh body!  \o/

I have to say, i wasn't expecting big things from it because it was free, but i'm glad to say i was massively wrong!  As far as the shape of it goes, it couldn't get much more perfect to me.  One thing i love about it is that it is more suited to people that prefer smaller breasts.  I did play with the sliders but found bigger breasts just look strange, although i have seen other people with bigger ones that don't look so strange....so maybe i just have to play with the sliders a bit more

It comes with a lot of different skin options, so there is a chance you will get it to match one of your current skins.  I got it pretty close with one of my Hush skins but there was still a seam so i opted to buy one of their skins too.  This was a whopping 1K, which i think is a lot for one skin, but i do love the body and that was free, so i think it leveled it out a bit.

Now onto it's bad points....

It doesn't have any way of hiding parts of the body like Wowmeh did with the alpha's, and at the store i only saw one outfit for it (which was free, and pictured below).  So until we see a considerable increase of designers making mesh that fits it, we will just have to walk around naked  :D

The same with skins...i am stuck wearing their skin with this now, and in turn, their feet and hands.  This just isn't feasible considering the amount of money i've spent on slink shoes, so they really need to address this and either make slink appliers for their own skins or other skin designers make appliers for the mesh body.

Having said all that, this is still early days, the body is still in beta.  So hopefully we will now see designers making clothes and appliers for it!

I personally love this body, and will be keeping a very close eye on any updates
